Ridge Toppers Trail Association, Inc. (RTTA) exists to hold title to trails created with Ridge Top Acres in Fentress County. The association maintains and enhances those trails. It promotes their use and sets policy for Ridge Top property owners and invited guests.
It negotiates with other trail associations or horse-trail owners to provide a regional system of trails for riding horses. It also conducts related business that supports trail riding and the broader purpose of providing safe, accessible riding opportunities.
