Your membership fees are applied to our trail and Pavilion maintenance and improvements only.

I, the undersigned, have read, understand, and freely enter into this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement with Ridge Toppers Trail Association understanding that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement is a waiver of any and all liability. I acknowledge by signing this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement that the Tennessee Equine Liability Act applies to the activity of riding horses or handling horses on any property owned by, licensed to, or maintained by Ridge Toppers Trail Association. I also acknowledge that I am aware that horseback riding and/or any equine activity can be inherently dangerous and that injury and/or death can occur from engaging in these activities and I assume all risk and waive all liability. This agreement will include any minors who accompany me or are in my care *
