RTTA Trail System Use Policy
- Be respectful of others while on the trail. Pay attention for other riders you may encounter and have to pass.
- Helmets are required for anyone under the age of 18. Helmets are recommended for Adults (i.e., over 18).
- Motorized vehicles and horse drawn equipment are only permitted on RTTA trails for maintenance on Wednesdays and for emergencies. Only RTTA members are permitted to use these vehicles.
- All dogs on the RTTA Trail System must be leashed at all times, no electronic training or hunting collars allowed. Any damage or injury to persons, horses, mules, donkeys, or other dogs are the responsibility of the dog owner. If damage or injury should occur, the owner is liable for all costs.
- Do not ride or hike on any trail not on the RTTA trail map that is marked Private. These are on private property for the use of the owners only.
- Do not do any maintenance on the trails, including trimming branches. Issues should be reported to the RTTA Trail Maintenance Committee through RTTATrails@hotmail.com . You may also inform the management of the campground if you are staying there.
- If you pack it in, bring it out. No littering including food wrappers and liquid containers.
- If you feel a need to use toilet paper, bring a baggie and clean up after yourself.
- No Bicycles are permitted on the trails.
